Our team of engineers and architects specializes in valuations under the management of architect Luis R. Levy M. We combine technical knowledge and experience in real estate projects to approach each assignment according to its characteristics and purpose.
Architect Luis R. Levy M.
An architect who graduated from Isthmus, an industrial designer who graduated from the Universidad de Palermo in Argentina, and a postgraduate in Human Resources from the Universidad Santa María La Antigua.
Between 2003 and 2006, he worked as a designer and architect on hotel and casino projects for Thunderbird Resorts in Panama, Chile, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Peru.
In 2007, he founded ELE Design, developing residential and commercial projects for clients including Power Club, Nissan and Grupo Tesa. ELE Arquitectos, S.A. was established in 2011, a firm associated with projects such as Café Unido, Grupo Maito and Casa Cor that received recognition from SPIA.
He currently works at ELE Arquitectos, S.A. and is a partner in ACLA Avalúos, S.A. In 2019, he earned a diploma in Real Estate Valuations from the Universidad Santa María La Antigua in partnership with the Instituto de Valuaciones y Peritajes de Panamá (IVAPPAN).

What information do I need to request a quote?
The type of property, location, purpose of the appraisal and your contact details. Include the property registry number if you have it.
Can I request a technical site visit?
Yes. Specify your preferred date; ACLA will confirm availability and conditions.
Do you provide services outside Panama City?
ACLA's website lists service in Panama City and other regions. Confirm coverage for your location when requesting a quote.
Will the report meet the requirements of my bank or procedure?
Requirements depend on the institution or procedure. Specify the purpose and confirm the requirements with the relevant institution.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
You can calculate a property appraisal fee below. The final price depends on the scope and location. ACLA lists a delivery time of 3 to 5 business days after the inspection, subject to confirmation.
